Tata Harper’s Lip Treatments are like skincare for your lips. Just like the awesome line of cosmetics, all of the company’s lipsticks and lip balms are loaded with replenishing, moisturizing ingredients not just to add a pop of colour to the skin but to keep it glowing and youthful.

I’ve tried and loved the red hue of the lip treatment in Be Adored, so I was excited to try out the newest release Be Smitten, the line’s first pink shade.

Since I already knew I liked the formula, I wanted to try this one out for the colour. The formula is beautiful and very moisturizing. One thing its meant to do is smooth out the lips and decrease the appearance of wrinkles. I don’t have really deep lines or a lot of aging on my lips, but I really like the plumpness and hydration these products do add.

Unlike some dryer lipstick formulas, this one doesn’t dry down or flake off, which I really like. Though because the product is more emollient, the wear-time isn’t long.

The colour was a deeper pink than it appeared in photos online. I was surprised how warm and almost coral the colour came off on me. Looking at the photo above, you can see its less of a baby pink and more of a dusty rose type shade. I like this shade, but I was disappointed because I was looking for a bright pop of pink in a shade more akin to Ilia Beauty Lipstick in Kashmir.

All in all, these are the most moisturizing tinted lip balms on the market. I would only steer you in a different direction if you are looking for a brighter pink shade.

Did you try this newest Tata Harper Lip Treatment shade? Do you share my thoughts?
