Wow, pink has been a trend on the blog recently. I guess it’s because the weather still reaches a high of 90 here every day. I’m just not in the full fall mindset yet.

I reviewed the Tata Harper Be Smitten Lip Treatment and talked about why it wasn’t the best pink lip product for me. I think I’ve found a lipstick that meets my pink needs much better, Kjaer Weis Bliss Full Lip Tint.

We all know that Kjaer Weis packaging is amazing, even my husband mentioned how high quality it is. He also mentioned that it’s fun to open and close. Anyways, the product inside is just as luxurious. The Lip Tints are moisturizing and easy to smooth on. You will have to use your fingers if you don’t have a lip brush; this may dissuade the germaphobes out there. Personally, I don’t mind using my clean fingers to apply it. I like how the formulation is hydrating but not overly greasy. Unlike other natural lip products, Kjaer Weis feels thick and like it won’t melt in the pan or off of your lips.

I love popping on Bliss Full when I want to add a bit of colour to my lips, but I don’t want them to attract a lot of attention. It imparts the subtlest hint of pink — it’s definitely not an opaque wash of colour. It’s perfect for the office or other professional environment, and this hint of rosy pink helps to brighten up the complexion.

Kjaer Weis products don’t have a scent, and they will last you a long time. I haven’t hit pan on any of my cream products yet, even those that I dip into a lot. The stunning compact also doubles as a mirror, making it easy to touch up makeup on the go. You’ll definitely have to do some touch-ups with this product. The wear-time of this particular lip tint shade isn’t great.
