Hey guys!!! Is everyone recovering from Halloween weekend like me? I had a raucous time in Nashville last night, we didn’t get home this morning until 5am, but it has definitely taken it’s toll on me physically – sadly I am not eighteen anymore! Anyways, things have been busy in a great way around here. I did The Color Run last weekend which was amazing, returned to school after the end of Fall Break, worked on a literature review and a presentation, the weather is finally getting cold, and I had a lot of quality couple time 🙂 it is so nice not to be in a long distance relationship anymore!!! Aside from Halloween shenanigans, I’ve been doing a tiny bit of fall shopping for shoes/boots and coloured-jeans and I’m flirting with the idea of a fashion post…thoughts?

Anyways, this post is another look at a Tone It Up What I Ate Wednesday that I’m typing up during commercials of Revenge and The Mentalist. Enjoy!

Meal 1: Eggs, Oatmeal, Banana, Hemp Seed, Hot Chocolate (not ToneItUp approved, naughty me!), and Vitamins
Meal 2: The Perfect Workout Recovery Smoothie with Perfect Fit Protein
Meal 3: Again I cheated a little…”Vegan Elvis,” three shrimp, and some Trader Joe’s ancient grains with water
Meal 4: Hot Chocolate Zico aka “Mock Hot Chocolate” with a Waffle Cookie
Meal 5: Shrimp, Nuts, Spinach, Pepper, Balsamic Glaze, and water

Clearly, I do not always follow the meal plan as well as I should…but I try haha. My workouts for the day was a thirty minute two mile run/sprint/walk Booty Call and P90x Shoulders and Arms.
