Fall makeup is fun and bold. These are the products I’ve been using recently to get myself fall-ready during the work week.

During this time of year, I like to work a makeup look around a bold lip colour. Kjaer Weis Beloved Lip Tint is a beautiful, merlot shade that is so in for the season.

To complement this lip colour, I wanted to add a bronze glow. I used Kjaer Weis Desired Glow Cream Blush to help contour the hollows of my cheeks and forehead. It adds a great glow to the cheeks and warms up the face. To really emphasize that base, I add swipes of the pressed powder 100% Pure Cocoa Glow Bronzer on top. This adds a bit more pigmentation to my face and really helps me look more awake and alive. It’s also got a bit of a red undertone, which I really like. It’s definitely not on the grey or taupe side of the bronzer spectrum.

Finally, before lips, I will add a bit more colour and definition to my cheeks and eyes. I prefer to add more face and cheek makeup than eye makeup because it’s easier to remove and my eyes get really irritated lately. So, I apply Honest Beauty Eyeliner in Eye Opener, a nude shade, to the inner corners of my eyes, curl my lashes, and sweep some W3LL People black Expressionist Bio Extreme Mascara through my lashes. The Eye Opener shade helps to brighten up my eye area, and the mascara is really lengthening. Then, I sweep on some of the bright pink Fitglow Mineral Blush in Joy to the apples of my cheeks. Fitglow makes one of the only pressed blushes that stays true to colour on my skin and doesn’t oxidize i.e. become red or change colour. I love this brand.

To finish things off, I dab the RMS Beauty Master Mixer on my lids and cheekbones. It creates a beautiful, rose gold shimmer. Then, the gorgeous Kjaer Weis Beloved Lip Tint. This look is perfect for the office or for daytime. I would spice it up with some black, winged eyeliner for nighttime.
